I regularly attend seminars and conferences to enhance my therapeutic skills and have ongoing supervision to improve and monitor the work with clients. I have experience in agency, charity and private settings.
Areas of Special Interest
I worked for London Friend as a volunteer counsellor for five years, where I gained extensive experience in working with clients who have issues around their sexuality. I am also experienced in working with clients who suffer from depression; clients who have experienced loss and also clients who have generalised anxiety which may stem from low self-esteem, relationship or work related issues. I also have training in working with couples who are experiencing difficulties in their relationship.
